Ipswich and Suffolk Youth Football league
Join a Team If you are registering new players for the upcoming Season (2009 - 2010), they will be issued with an ID Card. The league are meeting on November 3rd 2009 to discuss plans about rolling these out before Christmas and I hope to have an announcement here soon. The primary aim of the issuance of these cards is to ensure the safeguarding of all of our players and to underline the leagues commitment to providing a safe, child friendly environment to enjoy Youth Football. The league recognises that this is a new undertaking and as such we have committed funds to provide these "voluntary" cards for the upcoming season. You should note that it is expected these cards will become compulsorary from Season 2010 - 2011 and will carry a nominal charge to each club / player. |
