Suffolk FA Affiliation Numbers - All clubs needed to notify Allan Girot of their County FA affiliation numbers by the end of July. For Suffolk clubs, this number starts FY, followed by another letter and 5 numbers. Some clubs; eg Mildenhall United have provided last season's number and others; eg Bulldogs, Elmsett Athletic and CFC Bury have provided numbers which are incorrect. League Subscriptions - these should have been paid to the treasurer, Sandra Gooding, by the end of July. Please remember that, following the AGM, the rates have REDUCED. All 11-a-side teams are required to pay £50, U9 and U10 teams pay £30 and U8 teams are FREE. NEW CLUBS - you need to pay additional deposit of £20. |

registrations - Remember to
have at least 14 players (8 for mini-soccer teams) registered with
Cathy by the 20th August. If there is a last minute rush of
registrations, there will be no guarantee that all will be available
to play at the start of the season.

Club Welfare Officers Clubs should be aware that from next season all clubs should have a Club Welfare Officer. To find out more, view the FA website (link below), and follow the links to Grassroots/FA Learning/Child Protection - you will find a download available 'appointing child protection officers'. The League is also required to have a Welfare Officer - a role currently being take by Allan Girot.
