League Management Committee - Monday 19th May - 7.00pm - Thorntree Centre, Stowmarket.

League AGM - Monday 23rd June 2008.

This season's Open Finals are on Sunday at Gainsborough Sports Centre, Ipswich.  Details on the news page.

Club Welfare Officers

Clubs should be aware that from next season all clubs should have a Club Welfare Officer. To find out more, view the FA website (link below), and follow the links to Grassroots/FA Learning/Child Protection - you will find a download available 'appointing child protection officers'. 

The League is also required to have a Welfare Officer - a role currently being take by Allan Girot. However, for the future, this task might be better served by someone with professional knowledge/skills/training in this field. Anyone who feels they could bring something to this role (perhaps a police officer, social worker or teacher?), please contact Allan to discuss a way forward.
